We're shipping it back to the states for some tlc and then it's promptly being shipped back. Posts will be less frequent for the next week or so, but we promise, if we really had been kidnapped by couchsurfers, you would know.
In the meantime, we've been too cheap to pay for more internet than a quick check of email to make sure no one burned anything down back home.
